Automotive Manufacturing Trends for 2012

There are a lot of exciting styles this year in the automatic production market. We've lately mentioned that Chinese suppliers is trying to cut returning on international car manufacturers promoting in their nation, placing on more limitations. This is not good for US, Japoneses or Western automatic creators. Indeed, due to the natural catastrophe in Asia with the significant earth quake and tsunami the Japoneses car manufacturers are still trying to restore, and the deluges in Thailand didn't help either.

However, with those significant provide stores disturbed it has been a advantage for US car manufacturers which have taken returning nearly all of the business profits that the Japoneses car manufacturers had properly secured in the last four decades. But that doesn't mean everything is great with the US car manufacturers either, there are still a large number of former automatic employees still out of work, and we aren't nearly returning to our 17 thousand vehicles available each year as we were returning in 2005 to 2007.

Although the Obama Management is taking credit for the amazing displaying of GM and Chrysler after the relief, things are not really as outstanding as we might believe. This is not a governmental declaration, just an market truth. For example Common Motors' Voltage has been a complete fail, and the price of battery power for these energy source has motivated up the price where the revenue just doesn't sound right even with the prospective of petrol costs rising over five dollars per quart in the summertime season of 2012.

Another exciting pattern which hasn't gotten a lot of media, although there were content in the Walls Road Publication, has a do with the point that youthful people is investing more on the internet at Facebook or myspace, and many of the children don't even care to own the car, they can keep in contact with their buddies on the internet. Actually it used to be when a youthful man converted generating age he desired to get a car to make an impression on the ladies, but now he doesn't need a car, he can make an impression on them with awesome images on his Facebook or myspace web page.

The truth that this group is not purchasing new vehicles is going to harm US car manufacturers on the low end, this would mean their basic vehicles will not be promoting as well, and many of these children will be coming into the car market 5 to 10 decades later than regular. Many of these children may develop to be 25 to 28 decades before they buy their first car, perhaps after higher education and getting a level.

  2. Nice article. I tend to disagree with your point about the younger generations caring more about FB and MySpace than owning a car. As a professional professional window tinter in Mesquite TX, I believe that now more than ever the younger generations care about their cars, the way they look, the way they drive, and the kind of tinting their windows have. Thanks for sharing your observations, looking forward to seeing what 2013 has in store.

  3. Great content! I believe the younger generation spends more time on FB and Myspace than they would on doing hobbies, like working on your car. However as a professional window tinting Citrus Ridge, I've seen sales decrease with the under 20 crowd.
